Earlier yesterday 25th April, 2024, the social welfare Department of Amansie South District Assembly gave financial /educational support/ a startup capital to fifteen persons with disabilities.
Honourable Clement Opoku Gyamfi Esq speaking at the event advised the beneficiaries to use the money for the intended purpose to improve their living conditions since disability is not inability.
The beneficiaries also commended the district and the government for their continous support to them and pleaded for more support since they are also willing to trade with the capital given to them.
